WHAT PERKS WOULD I HAVE?

Benefits start date of hire

We offer comprehensive and affordable health, dental, and vision plans to meet the needs of our employees and their families.
Additionally, employees are able to save a portion of their paycheck in a pre-tax Health Spending Account (HSA) to use for eligible health care expenses.

Company paid benefits

All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in employer-paid Short-Term disability coverage. Eligible employees will also receive $50,000 of Life/AD&D coverage. ThompsonGas pays for 100% of these benefits.

401(k) benefits start date of hire

Employees are eligible for our 401(K) program on their date of hire with immediate company match. A variety of investment funds make it easy for employees to create a personalized plan that works for them.

Educational assistance

ThompsonGas values education and growth. Because of this, eligible employees are able to participate in our tax-deductible Tuition Reimbursement program up to $5,250 annually.

Paid time off

As an originally family-run business, we understand the importance of having time to spend with your family. ThompsonGas provides eligible employees with vacation time, additional sick time, six paid holidays, parental leave, and three floating holidays each calendar year.

Apprenticeships

ThompsonGas offers propane service technician apprenticeships along with several pathways for commercial motor vehicle driver apprentices: bobtail driving, transport driving, and utility / service truck driving.
